Our system engineers are on duty around the clock striving to constantly maintain our servers and keep them up to date, and on-line working for you 100% of the time. Our servers are housed in a safe, secure, climate controlled, multimillion dollar Network Operations Center (NOC). The NOC is located in a Class A building built from the ground up as a Data Center and connected to the Internet through multiple backbone providers. Our Internet connections are multiple redundant using these backbones. We are hardwired to these backbones directly from within the building for the ultimate in reliability and speed. Our highly qualified team of system engineers are alerted automatically if any server fails. Thanks to our state-of-the-art backup systems and plug and play technology, they can usually repair or replace any part or any server within minutes and get it back on-line quickly.

Plug into real power at Masscot’s Data Center
Masscot recognizes that downtime is not an option for your servers. We invest heavily in hardware and facilities to ensure that our clients are up and running on the Internet 24x7. Our servers are located in a network operations center that boasts state of the art, world class hardware and software technology.

Uninterruptible Power System
In the unlikely event of a power outage and to protect against power surges, Masscot is fully prepared and equipped to maintain uninterruptible power. To guard against any disruptions, we rely on the following essential elements:
An extensive battery backup system capable of supplying the entire needs of the data center for over thirty minutes and dual diesel powered generators and sufficient fuel to supply all the needs of the entire data center, around the clock for 7 days without interruption or refueling.

Industrial-Grade Cooling
Masscot's servers are in a data center that is monitored 24x7 by ADT's state-of-the-art temperature sensors. Air temperature is maintained at an optimal 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Large fans pull filtered air into each server's protective case, ensuring that dust and particles remain outside the server.

40 tons of air chilled cooling
